BIOGRAPHY
Julia Klishch is an international business attorney who focuses her practice on mergers and acquisitions, private investments, and general corporate law. With a deep understanding of complex legal matters, Julia provides comprehensive guidance to small businesses, growing companies, and entrepreneurs.
She has experience representing clients from various industries in domestic and cross-border transactions, including technology, telecommunication, hospitality, and e-gaming. Beyond deal execution, Julia serves as general counsel to technology start-ups and telecommunication, design, and architecture companies.
Julia helps founders with business formation, all-stage financing, early operational and governance matters, partnership and shareholder agreements. Julia has experience preparing and negotiating SaaS agreements, commercial contracts, company policies, employee handbooks, and restrictive covenant agreements.
Before founding her practice, Julia worked in private practice at law firms in New York and New Jersey. Additionally, Julia was a legal fellow at the International Finance Corporation, where she worked on financing projects for private enterprises in developing countries.
She started her career as an attorney in Ukraine, advising OKKO Group companies on corporate, real estate, and commercial transactions in the fuel, construction, and restaurant industries.
Julia earned her LL.M. degree from the New York University School of Law, where she received her Dean’s Graduate Award. She also earned her J.D. equivalent and a postgraduate degree from Lviv Ivan Franko National University in Ukraine.
